Our closing fees are low and we don't charge miscellaneous fees such as: wire fees, document preparation, overnight mail fees, notary public fees, etc. If you need to sell property under a tax deferred 1031 exchange we have a sister company, Pioneer Exchange, LC that can accommodate those transactions."
About Us
Pioneer Title was formed in 2011 and performs title insurance and escrow closings throughout the State of Utah. The branch manager of Pioneer Title has 41 years of experience in title and escrow including extensive experience performing tax deferred 1031 exchanges. He has worked for both underwriters and agents in three states. Pioneer Title is owned by Travis County Title Company dba DHI Title Agency, which has been operating for over 30 years and is licensed in 27 states.
